The picture shows a slide with normal red blood cells (erythrocytes) at 1000x magnification in high resolution phase contrast lighting. Note that most of the cells are round, similar in size (about 9 microns) and contain a "dip" in the middle (the center "light"). Deviations from this norm' indicate various conditions in the body and can be addressed with Targeted Nutritional Intervention.
